(Introduction)

People don’t avoid talking about mental health because they don’t care.

They avoid it because they don’t know how.

What to say.
What to ask.
Where to go when things get real.

We built The Mood Meter to close that gap. Not as a campaign, but as a system, one that gives people the language, tools, and access they need to understand what they’re feeling and actually do something about it.

Grounded in research and designed for real life, the work met people where they already are, in their feeds, during the moments they’re most likely to feel something but least likely to say it. Through tailored creative and clear calls to action, we turned passive awareness into active support, helping people take small steps toward something bigger: being honest about how they feel, and getting the care they need.

Because mental health doesn’t start with solutions.

It starts with being able to say what’s going on.

(Social Experience)

Introducing The Mood Meter, an emotional decoder ring built by one of Yale's top brain docs, Mental Health Coalition warriors, and a team of Meta rebels who refused to let algorithms dictate our well-being.

The Mood Meter is more than just a tool. It's a middle finger to the stigma that tells us to bottle up our emotions. It's a digital safe space to explore the kaleidoscope of feelings swirling inside you. It's a community where vulnerability isn't weakness, it's strength.

Ready to ditch the mask and embrace the real you? Join the movement. Let's rewrite the narrative, one unfiltered post at a time. Express yourself: @TheMoodMeter
