(Introduction)

When life is business as usual, we rely on bartenders to recommend our brands when on the job. As a result of the global pandemic, bartenders needed us more than ever, as many were out of work. They needed work, and we had consumers eager to make bartender-level cocktails from the safety of their own homes. 


Diageo would start a movement (Tips From Home) on social media to put bartenders back to work. We employed them to create custom craft cocktails from our portfolio to inspire people to make their own from home. To ‘tip’ them for every use of the hashtag #tipsfromhome, we donated $1 to a national or local relief fund for bartenders/hospitality.
