(Introduction)
Most fashion launches ask the audience to show up. This one showed up to them, disguised as a baseball game. To reposition Hugo Boss as more than suits, we killed the catwalk and rebuilt it as a live play in nine Reels, each starring a different creator the audience actually follows. Fred Stauffer directed, shot, and edited every frame using trick-video tropes native to the feed, so the work didn't feel like a brand crashing TikTok. It felt like TikTok. Run as organic and paid, the campaign unlocked audiences a traditional runway couldn't reach and held their attention at a scale fashion week still hasn't figured out.
