Overview: When VerbalizeIt Inc., a global leader in human language translation services, learned they would be featured on the season finale of ABC-TV's "Shark Tank" on May 17th, 2013 they needed to accelerate the development of their business platform and re-imagine their marketing website to take full advantage of the traffic stemming from the 7 million viewers of the show.
VerbalizeIt reached out to Ideation Inc., a startup-focused software development and web design agency, for guidance on how to prepare and scale their platform for 7 million viewers nation-wide.
The collaboration between VerbalizeIt and Ideation has yielded tremendous results. Website visits have increased by 4x, over 7,000 more translators have joined the VerbalizeIt community bringing the total to over 10,000, and the total number of translations on the platform has increased by three-fold.
